2 lbs boneless sirloin steaks
1 can (10 ½ oz) beef consommé
1/3 cup cranberry juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced
¼ teaspoon onion salt

Brown meat and place in crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours. Near the end of cooking add 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup cold water. Serve over rice.
