Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a Bundt pan by spraying it lightly with Pam.

Cake
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Ribbon
1- 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar

Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and spoon ribbon on the top. Pour on remaining batter.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
