Melinda Colton’s Sugar Cookies

Cream Together:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1-8 ounce package cream cheese

1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Chill dough for one hour. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
